The course at Bull Bay is known simply as "nature's gift to golfers" and offers views of some of the best scenery in the country - from the wide serve of the bay to the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man (on a clear day!), to the mountains of Snowdonia across the green fields of Anglesey. Golfers of all abilities are guaranteed to receive value-for-money at Bull Bay. This headland course which sits high above the Irish Sea, enjoying spectacular views on a clear day to the Isle of Man and the far away Cumberland hills. The holes run up, down and across a sloping headland which boasts little in the way of vegetation save for the odd patch of gorse. Baron Hill Golf Club
Beaumaris, Anglesey
Baron Hill Golf Club is situated above the Historic Town of Beaumaris and from its elevated position it boasts some of the most breathtaking panoramic views across the Menai Straits to the Snowdonia National Park on one side and the coastal shoreline of South East Anglesey on another. This mature Course was designed in the late 1880s by Sir Richard William Bulkeley and measures a deceptive 5.596 Yards in length and is created on mature heathland. The Par 68 Course threads it s way cunningly through natural hazards, a river defends four of the holes as it meanders down to the Menai Straits. Baron Hill is free of Bunkers and we are sure once you have played it you will be glad of this bearing in mind each hole is carefully defended by natural hazards such as oak and ash trees, elevated greens and of course the odd gorse bush! Baron Hill is a thinking golfers course where every club in the bag will be required to breach its defences and the watch word is very much Course Management.........
